Mr. Nagesh Singh, who joined the prestigious Indian
Foreign Service (IFS) in 1995, currently serves in a
leadership role as the Consul General
of India, Atlanta, Georgia, USA.
Prior to being appointed as the Consul General of
India in Atlanta, Mr. Nagesh Singh has served with
significant contributions in a myriad of diplomatic
and administrative assignments for the Government of
India including as Joint Secretary/Officer on
Special Duty (OSD) to the Vice President of India,
Director in the Ministry of External Affairs,
Private Secretary to the Minister of State for
External Affairs, and Under Secretary in the
Ministry of External Affairs.
Kwanza Hall was elected to the
Atlanta City Council in November
2005. He represents District 2, Atlanta’s most
socio-economically and culturally diverse district.
Rich in history and culture, the district includes
Centennial Olympic Park, Sweet Auburn, the King
Center and Carter Presidential Library, Georgia Tech
and Georgia State University, Atlantic Station, and
Inman Park, the City’s first suburb.
Councilman Hall serves on the Finance/Executive,
Transportation and Community Development committees.
Before his election to City Council, he served three
years on the Atlanta Board of Education.
Guy Tessler joined Conexx in 2007 and was
appointed President in 2015.
Previously, he served as general manager of Falcon
West Security and Investigations in Los Angeles and
as program manager for the Israel Association of
Community Centers where many of the skills he brings
to his work with Conexx were formed and developed.
In 2004 he moved to Atlanta with his wife, Ofra and
their children Jonathan and Yael, where he joined
Clickfox, Inc. and freelanced as a Hebrew – English
translator and interpreter.
Born in Haifa, and raised in Jerusalem, Guy served
in the IDF as a paratrooper, and later became a
member of Kibbutz Misgav-Am in the upper Galilee. He
holds a BA in Sociology and Management from the
Israel Open University
