Ravi Venkatesan serves as Chief Technology Officer for Bridge2 Solutions and an instructor for Heartfulness meditation ( www.heartfulness.org  ).
Ravi has been involved with the Heartfulness meditation practice for 21 years and is passionate about using meditation as an enabler of holistic individual and corporate wellness.

In the past Ravi served at VP of IT Strategy and Delivery at Cbeyond, a $500M revenue Cloud & Telecom Services company where we introduced Heartfulness meditation as a corporate wellness initiative.

A program of ongoing group meditation sessions at CBeyond led to measurable improvements in engagement and productivity of participants.

Heartfulness meditation focuses our attention on the heart and leads to states of calmness and peace. A special technique of Yogic Transmission is used by instructors of Heartfulness meditation that lets participants reach deeper states of meditation very quickly and efficiently.
