The
American workforce is revolutionizing -- and most businesses are
unprepared. Understanding the tremendous changes underway is
essential for building a successful business that will grow over the
next 10 years and beyond. Through unprecedented research and a
unique ability to recognize what the numbers really show,
investigative journalist Josh Levs helps business leaders discover
the policies and institutional thinking necessary to attract and
retain the most highly skilled employees -- and turn them into the
most loyal, productive workers they can be.
Levs' new book All In, winning raves from businesses and media,
began as an exploration of modern parenthood in the workplace, with
a specific focus on the untold story of fathers at work. But it
quickly turned into a powerful guide for businesses everywhere,
showing how dropping vestiges of the past and adapting new
structures for the modern era is the way for businesses to beat the
competition and traction.
