The Gandhi
Foundation of USA (GFUSA) is organizing a Homage to
Gandhi-King on Thurs, July 12 at 11:45am at The Gandhi
Statue for a youth delegation of American Council of young
political leaders (ACYPL) [Youth leaders of India and
Pakistan from diverse political parties respectively] and as
per the schedule/details shown below.
11:45am Homage at the Gandhi Statue with two delegates
laying garlands on the Statue
Peace Walk to King Crypts
12:00pm Homage at
King Crypts with two delegates laying
bouquet
at the Dr. King and Mrs. Coretta Scott King
crypts.
Peace Walk continues to Freedom Hall
12:15pm Tour of Gandhi Room, King Rooms and Rosa
Parks in the Freedom Hall
12:45pm Adjourn
We will be delighted to have
you join us for this homage and the Dialogue as our Guest
with future leaders from South Asia on Thursday at the
Statue at 11:45a. We are expecting a few State and City
legislators as well. RSVP will be required.
