CAMAGA
Great Composers’ Day 2011 (Feb. 19 and 20th)
CAMAGA will celebrate the Great Composers day on
February, 19th (Saturday) and
February, 20th (Sunday) at the Hindu
Temple of Atlanta. The program will begin at 8
A. M. and ends at 4 P. M. on both days. The
following are the requirements for participating
in the program as a performer. You can
download these instructions and registration

1.
If you are interested in participating in
the Great Composers Day -2011, please complete
this registration form. The registration form
is required from1) individual performers, 2)
group participants, 3) accompanists (Pakkavadyam)
and 4) individuals interested in participating
only in the group singing of Pancharatna krithis
and Utsava Sampradaya krithis.

You can attach the registration form to
an email and send it to
camaga@bellsouth.net

However, if you are intending to participate as
a member of a group, ONLY your
teacher should submit the form on behalf of the
group. We do not accept group participant names
received directly from parents or from a
participant in a group.

Note for Teachers:
In the case of your student groups, kindly
include the names of each member of the group,
and denote the group (by a group number) to
which each person belongs. Kindly note that
CAMAGA does not decide the groups or its
members; it must be decided only by the
respective teachers.

In the case of groups, we request the teachers
to collect the registration fees from each non-CAMAGA
member of their groups and mail the check
directly to CAMAGA (6011 Rocky Shoals Court,
Tucker, GA, 30084).
6.
Registration fee for non-members:
Registration fee is required of participants who
are not members of CAMAGA.
Each participant who is a not a member of CAMAGA
in 2011, must pay a registration fee of $25
(whether participating in a group, as an
individual, and performing as an accompanist).
7.
CAMAGA members:
Members should have renewed their CAMAGA
membership for the calendar year 2011. If
otherwise, they should send in a registration
fee of $ 25 per participant (this amount would
be offset against the membership dues for 2011,
when the member renews the membership).

All participants:
Kindly note that the registration forms and the
registration fee from non-members or CAMAGA
membership fee is received by CAMAGA latest by
January 31, 2011.

Acknowledgement:
Once we receive the registration email and the
registration form, within 72 hours, we will
send you an acknowledgement confirming
receipt of your registration. It is your
responsibility to ensure that you received an
acknowledgement. If you did not receive an
acknowledgement within five days of sending in
your registration, you must contact CAMAGA and
get the matter resolved. After the lapse of
five days, we will not accept any further
requests to include your registration.
10.
Early closure of registration:
If we receive more requests that we can
accommodate within the two-day function, CAMAGA
will close the registration process earlier than
January 31, 2011.
