o Physicians from many specialties such as cardiology, family practice, 
   gastroenterology, urology, OB/GYN, internal medicine, orthopedics, ENTs,
   ophthalmology, dermatology, dental, pediatrics, endocrinology, , primary
   care,Podiatrist , Homeopathic medicines,and other health care professionals will be
    available for FREE consultations.
o Please bring bottles of your medications with the pharmacy labels on them so that
   you can discuss any concerns with the physicians.
o FOR BLOOD TESTS ONLY, a nominal cash fee ($15.00) will be collected at the
   site. For accurate results, overnight fasting for about 8 hours is required.
   Unsweetened tea, coffee, or water may be consumed for breakfast.
o These blood tests will be available: complete blood count, full chemistry profile
   including: cholesterol, triglycerides and other lipids, blood sugar, liver function,
   thyroid function, kidney function,Sickle cell prep, serum PSA (prostate specific
   antigen) for men above 40 years of age for early detection of prostate problem.
o FREE EKGs will be done on all individuals over 50 years of age with history of
   hypertension,diabetes or any chest discomfort.
o Bone density for females to rule out osteoporosis Yearly Above 40years
o Free diabetic education by registered nurse or Dietician
o All test results will be mailed directly to you within 3 to 4 days. Please review your
   test results with your physician before making any health care decisions.
o See your physician yearly for a checkup. Females, 30 years and older, should get a
   Pap Smear and Mammogram yearly and are encouraged to perform monthly self-
   breast examinations for early detection of tumors.
