The festival will be inaugurated by Georgia House Representative Todd Jones (District 25) and is free to attend. During the event, Guru Sheila Rubin of NATYANANDA School of Indian classical dance will be honored for her lifetime achievement by Veena Rao Editor NRI Pulse Newspaper, the first newspaper to be published and edited by a Non-Resident Indian woman in the World.
