Large scale devastation in Haiti, Chile, Hawaii etc caused by nature’s fury and terrorist attacks perpetrated due to human folly - it seems the world is today precariously poised. While we react by mobilizing aid and support, the more potent way to avert such disasters is through fervent mass prayers. Performance of Mahayajnya works wonders when the powerful chanting resonates in the outer space. This helps to quell the nature’s wrath as well as negate human atrocities. So it is the compelling need of the hour that such mass prayers are held attended by all peace-loving citizens. Towards this lofty purpose, Greater Atlanta Vedic Temple beckons you to sponsor or simply attend this year’s collective prayers – Annual Mahayajnya (unique collective Vedic prayers to achieve world peace). This will create an awakening amongst all sponsors and attendees how the ritualistic process of Yajnya infuses divine energy to nullify evil forces. This sublime energy is self-propelling and positively impacts the earth’s atmosphere. With collective recital of selected Vedic hymns, this mega-prayer is conducted in an identical manner as in ancient times to ensure attainment of new world order.
