Subject : Looking for Jr. HR/Accounts personnel
Responsibilities
Accounts/Payroll:
• Follow-up on Accounts Receivables/Payables
• Support Time Management System
• Payroll Execution – coordinate with offshore accountant and consultants
• Review additions, deletions and changes for accuracy.
• Resolve payroll queries
Office Administration:
• Maintain/manage office, corporate apartment, supplies
• Travel Logistics
• Bookkeeping
• Bill payments
HR/Legal:
• Onboarding logistics, Insurance etc.
• E-verify, H-1B and other compliances
Miscellaneous duties as assigned

Qualifications Include:
• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced HR Department. Must have previous payroll experience.
• Experience with HR Payroll system is a plus.
• Bilingual(English/Hindi) is a plus
• Must be detailed oriented and able to adhere to tight deadlines.
• Must also have the ability to professionally interact on a day-to-day basis with a associates and handle multiple payroll / HR inquiries daily.
• A strong work ethic and excellent communication skills
